The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area and find dining options. The staff is friendly and some have been there for years, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies offering a place to relax. there are facilities such as a pool and a lobby bar that adds to the overall experience.
There are minor issues with the breakfast room, such as a broken coffee machine, which can be inconvenient for guests trying to enjoy a cup of coffee.

location was perfect near the center very close to all tourist points of interest .good size room nice balcony with see view . We loved Puerto De La Cruz and will go back for 5 days before xmas on our way to Gran Canaria and we will stay at the Palmeras Playa
if you come by car it's impossible to find a parking space within 1 mile from the hotel unless you are very lucky

The location, excellent: very near the beach and seawater-pool area, and the center. The personnel, very friendly and helpful. The room we got, high up and with the view both to the sea and mountains. And also, it wasnt too small, and got a fridge, and some cooking facilities if needed.
The breakfast wasn´t any experience really. Greasy stuff, fried eggs fried on one side only( not nice in our opinion..), bacon not fried enough to be nice brown and crispy, not any green salad, juice was "an unnatural, sweet option" and coffee yakkee..(and in Spain you can have so nice coffees in cafes!), and bread, mostly whiter stuff or cakes...But anyway, this did not spoil our stay;).

I had a decent city break at this 3-star hotel. I liked the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as there were many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel also had a decent breakfast spread.
I must say that the hotel needs improvement in terms of maintenance. The rooms appeared worn out and in need of some refurbishment.

Location is great, near the city center and the swimming pools. Due to the "main" street - you need to have ear plugs. A hotel for senior people.

Great location, friendly staff, good size room & adequate facilities, very comfortable beds, quite satisfying buffet breakfasts and the nice ´Canarian buffets` on Friday night have made this apartment hotel a really good choice.
The swimming pool could certainly do with some renovation works and, surprisingly, the traffic noise can be a bit of a nuisance even on the 11th floor (which is, however, at least in part compensated by a great view).

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the sea from our balcony and the access to multiple restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel's pool was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. An added benefit was the free parking on the streets nearby, which made it easy for us to explore the area by car.
There were some aspects that we felt could be improved. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and the coffee machine often didn't work, causing long lines and frustration.
